1. Program overview

Grain Design Flooring, 7505 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042, email admin@graindesignflooring.com, operates a customer-care SMS program. Messages are sent by Grain Design Flooring. Message delivery is handled through Blaze.ai's AI receptionist platform (operated by Almanac Labs, Inc., email support@blaze.ai) using Twilio, Inc. as the underlying SMS carrier.

2. What you'll receive

By opting in, you agree to receive automated and human-assisted customer-care text messages from Grain Design Flooring, including:

• replies to questions you submit about services, hours, and availability;
• appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders;
• follow-ups on consultation and quote requests you make through our website.

Message frequency: varies based on your activity. On average, expect fewer than 10 messages per month.

We will not send you promotional, marketing, or advertising text messages under this program.

3. How to opt in

You can opt in to receive SMS from Grain Design Flooring in either of these ways:

1. Website form. Complete the free-consultation form at graindesignflooring.com/free-consultation/ and tick the SMS-consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-checked. Providing SMS consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
2. Inbound message. If you text Grain Design Flooring at the number listed on any message you receive from us, your inbound communication is your consent to receive a reply from our AI receptionist.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Grain Design Flooring does not charge for text messages in this program, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply based on your plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation reply and then no further messages under this program. You can opt back in at any time by texting START or by submitting the website form again.

6. Getting help

7. Supported carriers

Our messages are supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliated and MVNO carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

What we collect through this SMS program

When you opt in, Grain Design Flooring collects the phone number you provide, the content of messages you send us, and metadata about message delivery (timestamps, carrier). If you opt in through a website form we also collect the name, email, and any details you enter into that form.

How we use it

Solely to send you the customer-care messages described in section 2 — replies to your inquiries, scheduling and reminders, and follow-ups on requests you initiated. We do not use SMS opt-in data for advertising or automated marketing decisions.

How it's shared

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected in connection with this program are not shared, sold, or provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers to operate the program on our behalf — Blaze.ai (Almanac Labs, Inc.) for the messaging platform, AI reply generation, and form intake; Twilio, Inc. for SMS delivery via major U.S. carriers. Each service provider processes information solely to operate this service on Grain Design Flooring's behalf, under its own privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

Message content, form submissions, and delivery metadata are retained while the communication is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support customer service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@blaze.ai.

Your rights

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email support@blaze.ai.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at graindesignflooring.com/sms-terms/. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.
